In her corporate life, Catherine cut her teeth in one of the most challenging environments in the business world, building and managing teams of outstanding performers in the competitive financial services industry. Her history has been one of building businesses from the ground up, in senior national sales and marketing management roles.

Catherine spent 19 years running a successful business consultancy firm and is constantly in demand internationally as a speaker, facilitator and seminar leader.

Her organisational skills have been honed by leadership of organisations such as the National Speakers Association of Australia and as former Chairman of Horwath Brisbane, a prominent chartered accountancy firm.

Catherine is also Past Global President of the International Federation for Professional Speakers. Her post-graduate qualifications are in Social Ecology, Ethical Leadership, Counselling and Psychotheraphy.
