Christie Lamb has been described as ‘the full package’, a powerhouse vocalist and multi-instrumental, award winning singer songwriter. Adding to her ever-growing mantle of awards, Christie was voted ‘CMC Female Artist of the Year ’ by Australian Country Music Fans. The talented songstress has been the recipient of a Golden Guitar for ‘CMAA New Talent of the Year’ and was also voted ‘CMC New Oz Artist of the Year’ again by Country Music Fans.

Christie has already performed for the then Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, and at the 10th Anniversary of the Sydney Olympic Games.

Notably, Christie was one of two vocalists chosen from 6,000 NSW students to perform in HSC ENCORE CONCERT at the Sydney Opera House with her own composition.

She has also performed many times at Sydney Entertainment Centre as pre-show entertainment for international artists such as James Taylor, Carole King, Cat Stevens, Evanescence, Meatloaf and Thirsty Merc, as well as performing as a Featured Artist in Schools Spectacular at Sydney Entertainment Centre. Christie has also shared the stage with some of our best Country Artists including Gina Jeffreys, Adam Harvey, Beccy Cole, Catherine Britt, The McClymonts and Felicity.

After being voted the Most Popular New Independent Artist at The Meet n Greet Country Awards in Tamworth, Christie travelled to Nashville where she featured on the Australian Tomkins Showcases daily during the CMA Festival, songwriters’ showcases and also at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville on Broadway with Adam Harvey and O’Shea at Travelworld Tamworth’s luncheon. Christie also wrote with many esteemed writers in preparation for her debut album.

Christie’s debut single “Mr. Wrong” peaked at #3 for two weeks on Country Tracks Top 30 and remained in the top 5 singles for seven weeks and the Top 30 for eighteen weeks. “Mr. Wrong” also climbed to #4 on Mildura Hot FM and was the tenth biggest hit on Country Tracks Top 30. Following the huge success of her debut single, Christie released “Invincible Me” to radio, which peaked at # 6 on Country Tracks Top 30, # 5 on Cool Country’s Weekly Top 10, # 3 on Hot Country QLD and # 1 on Hot FM Mildura.

Christie was voted Most Promising Future Star at the Australian Country Music People’s Choice Awards in Tamworth and was one of the four Grand Finalists in Toyota Star Maker.

DUO with Jonathan English

Christie Lamb and Jonathan English create a very polished duo and have played at many venues, performing a great variety of music and are the ultimate entertainment package.

Jonathan has written, recorded and toured for several bands & artists around Australia and on the international stage. He is a multi- instrumentalist at an exceptional level and also a talented vocalist.  The eldest son of the late Australian icon Jon English, Jonathan has been heavily involved in the music industry since childhood, both on stage and behind-the-scenes. Most recently he was co-writer & Musical Director of ‘The Rock Revolution Show’, in which he played lead guitar, bass, keyboards and was a featured vocalist. 

Working together and showcasing a range of styles, experiences and genres creates a brilliant combination!
