Hi everyone! Here's the latest info on our entertainment options for Australia and New Zealand. We're in full swing organising end of year functions now. Casino tables are still available in some cities for the Friday and Saturday nights between mid-November and mid-December but you need to move quickly. There are no date holds for this period. It's first in first served. Dinner theatre shows in Sydney There has been much demand from jealous Australians seeing the Auckland shows featured in last month's newsletter. We've found a superb troupe of actor/singer/dancers who will be offering two Dinner Theatre themed shows for Christmas: Nutbush Disco - grab your flare trousers, gold medallion and platform shoes. Secret Service - bring your own shoe phone and olive for the martini. These two shows will not be offered in the combined format where you buy tickets to a pre-booked show (probably next year though) so are best suited to groups of 50 or more where you book your own venue. The evening includes a show over dinner with lots of audience participation and then dance till midnight. Email annabelle@talentonline.com.au if you would like more information. Combined Christmas dinner theatre parties, Auckland Still some seats available for these two nights. Guaranteed a lot of fun and great excuse to get dressed up in your cocktail gear. James Bond Dinner theatre dates Saturday 6 December 2008 Saturday 13 December 2008 ![]() Seats are $95+GST including a glass of bubbly to start the evening, great buffet dinner, the comedy floor show and then dancing to midnight. Cocktail and evening wear preferable. Cash bar and, of course, martinis will be available - shaken not stirred. Tables available for companies between 8 and 200 guests. Anything over 100 we can book a night just for you. For info here: http://www.talentonline.com.au/database/James-bond-dinner-theatre-comedy.html Most in demand in August - Melbourne Bollywood dancers Melbourne's gone mad for Bollywood over the last month and we have a superb group of male and female dancers available to perform either a floor show or a demonstration and lesson. All size groups work well in this format, from a few girls at a hens night through to a thousand strong crowd at a festival or outdoor event. Can be accompanied by traditional drummers and a Bollywood DJ. The Indians sure know how to party - let some of their enthusiasm rub off on your guests! http://www.talentonline.com.au/dance-shows/bollywood/index.html Dame Edna impersonator in Sydney was featured on the television show Sunrise on Channel 7 earlier this month. This character can be a great conversation starter roving through your cocktail hour or used as an MC and interview your boss at the company awards night, conference or Christmas party. Loads of laughs. http://www.talentonline.com.au/database/dame-edna-sydney.html Corporate Burlesque dancers, Auckland It's a show of classic burlesque dance and comedy based on 1940's costumes. A little bit naughty but tamed down for the corporate market. Ideal when you still appreciate a leggy show but have seen the Las Vegas and Moulin Rouge style shows already. Video show reel on the page. http://www.talentonline.com.au/dance-shows/burlesque/hoochy-koochy-girls.htm Keith Quinn: Keynote Speaker and Celebrity Sports Commentator On Friday 31st August, thanks to a very kind gesture by the New Zealand Ambassador in China Tony Browne, Keith Quinn was fortunate enough to be in the audience for the second of two concerts in China by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and what a show it was. A very proud evening in Beijing for members of the NZSO and for a Kiwi sports reporter lucky enough to be there! A highlight for Keith as he waits in Beijing for the 2008 Paralympics to start. Let Keith tell you about his amazing experiences and highlights from the 2008 Beijing Olympics. http://www.talentonline.com.au/speakersnz/keith-quinn-sports-celebrities.htm Rod Oram: Business Keynote Speaker Rod uses his skills in journalism, management and leadership to help face the present tough economic challenges and seize some exciting business opportunities. He speaks on New Zealand and global economics as well as business trends, innovation and economic development policy at home and abroad. http://www.talentonline.com.au/speakersnz/rob-oram-business-keynote.htm Portable Woodfire Pizza Ovens Now available in Darwin, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth.
